Independence

You act as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Casafrique, and carry your own liability for your decisions. Casafrique does not require or provide professional indemnity insurance.

Conflicts of interest

Declare any relationship with the owner or the property before accepting a case. Decline cases where a conflict exists.

Confidentiality

Documents are view-only and watermarked. Do not copy, download, share or contact owners outside the platform.

The registry search

Every case requires a land-registry (or relevant land authority) search. Site visits, photos and survey-coordinate checks are not part of your work.

Payment

You are paid your own rate, fixed at assignment, for each decision you submit, monthly to your verified bank account. Declined and expired cases are not paid.
