Delete your Casafrique account

If you can sign in, go to Settings → Delete account. If you can’t, use this form. We send a code to your registered email to confirm it is you.

Your profile, photos and contact details are removed 14 days after you confirm. The law requires us to keep transaction records, receipts, signed agreements, the audit log and Deal Room archives for the retention period, with your name pseudonymised where allowed.

You cannot delete your account while you have an open transaction, money in escrow or in your wallet, unpaid fees, an active tenancy, a pending payout or agent assignments on live listings.
