Who we are

Casafrique is a neutral platform that helps people rent, lease and buy property. Casafrique is not a party to any transaction.

Your account

Keep your password and authenticator secure. Signatures made with your password bind you.

Listings and verification

Every property is checked at the land registry by an independent Verification Partner, and the decision is reviewed by Casafrique. The check covers the title, the registered owner and encumbrances. It does not cover the location, survey coordinates, boundaries or condition of the property.

Payments and escrow

Payments are made by bank transfer into single-use accounts and held in escrow until the release conditions are met.

Fees

Fees are shown before you pay and are itemised on every receipt.

Dual agency

An agent who markets a property may not act for the person renting or buying it.

Liability

Casafrique's liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We will ask you to accept updated terms before you continue with transactions.
