For landlords and lessors
Let your property to people who have already paid into escrow.
Your title is checked at the land registry once. Agents market it under signed agreements, tenants pay by bank transfer into escrow, and the rent reaches you when the keys change hands.
- Your listing stays private until an agent signs with you
- Rent is paid by bank transfer and confirmed by the bank
- Receipts and notices are generated and QR-stamped for you
How it works
Four steps, all on the record.
- 01
Verify your title
Upload the title document and survey plan. An independent partner checks them at the land registry before anyone sees the listing.
- 02
Approve your agents
Agents sign an agency agreement with you first. You approve each Alpha; commission splits are fixed in writing.
- 03
Choose your tenant
Offers arrive as letters of intent with earnest money already in escrow. Inspections are confirmed with a one-time QR code.
- 04
Get paid
The tenancy agreement is signed with passwords, the rent is held in escrow and released to you when the keys are handed over.

Private until you approve
Your listing stays private until the title is verified and an agency agreement is signed.
Rent confirmed by the bank
Tenants pay into a single-use account; the bank confirms the transfer, not a screenshot.
Receipts and notices done for you
Rent receipts and notices are generated, signed and QR-stamped, with service recorded.
An estate manager if you want one
Hand day-to-day running to an estate manager, with you always copied.
